Before qualifying as a solicitor in 1990 Tony practised as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives with a firm of solicitors in Portsmouth, Hampshire.   Whilst there, he specialised in commercial property and estate development work (particularly leasehold flats developments). 

Having already obtained a wealth of practical experience Tony joined Burnetts at the same time as qualifying as a solicitor.   Now a partner, his work includes:

1. Sale and purchase of businesses.

2. Drafting/negotiation/renewal of business leases.

3. Estate development (industrial and residential).

4. Acquisition/sale of multi-let investment property.
