The divorce and separation team of Burnetts Solicitors in Carlisle, Cumbria is part of the firm's Family Department - their focus is to considerately, but efficiently help you through your relationship problem. The team is headed by Partner Doug Claxton who has vast experience in advising on complex and high-value divorces involving pension or business assets. Partner Simon Mortimer has a particular expertise in advising on the separation of unmarried couples, especially in cases where issues with children need to be sensitively resolved.
