Emma Hetherington

Trainee Legal Executive

Emma Hetherington joined Burnetts in 2003, moving to medical law in 2004. She is currently training to be Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

She works exclusively in medical law, working on cases involving the NHS Complaints Procedure as well as orthopaedic cases. Emma also provides vital legal support at complex inquests and trials and has attended courts throughout the UK including a recent trial at the High Courts of Justice.
