Care Sector Legal Update 

This briefing is aimed at those in management within the care sector. This packed morning will include sessions on employment law such as managing performance and handling grievances as well as useful advice on workers' safety,  Lasting Powers of Attorney, the Court of Protection and the importance of care management in clinical negligence claims. Angela Murray from Age Concern will also be explaining the new services available through Age Concern.
