Burnetts' licensing unit is headed by Alan Chapman who regularly acts on sales and purchases of hotels, pubs, restaurants or nightclubs within the Carlisle area, and also well known properties within the Lake District and elsewhere in Cumbria.

He is supported by Associate Solicitor James Stables, who specialises in the acquisition of licensed premises including pubs, hotels, restaurants and retail outlets when he has been able to lead clients successfully through the licensing process.
