Lynne Hall

Solicitor Lynne Hall joined Burnetts in 2007 from Hayton Winkley at Windermere, for whom she had worked for more than 20 years.

She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1993 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2003 having completed her legal studies whilst working full-time. 

Lynne has a broad range of experience having come from a background of mixed litigation work. At Burnetts, she represents claimants in many kinds of clinical negligence actions, including cases involving issues of delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, consent to treatment, fatal accidents and inquests.

A born and bred Cumbrian, Lynne is married and still lives in Windermere.  She is a member of Westmorland Law Society. 

Her interests include fell walking, and showing and working her sled dogs.
