Head of Conveyancing

Michael Wood, who is an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives, is head of Burnetts domestic conveyancing team: that team is eight strong and includes members of both the Institute of Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.

Michael has specialised in conveyancing for many years, and has an encyclopaedic knowledge of practice and procedures.  His knowledge, and that of his team, is backed up by access to relevant technology, including Land Registry Direct and NLIS. 

The department overall has a leading position in the area.   It is experienced in acting in volume conveyancing for clients, where efficiency and cost effectiveness are at a premium.
