Rob Winder

Legal Executive

Rob Winder is a Legal Executive in Burnetts’ Dispute Resolution department. He heads the Debt and Property Recovery team.

Prior to training as a lawyer, Rob worked in engineering. Having discovered an interest in law, he studied and trained locally before joining Burnetts in December 2007.

He has a special interest in property-related matters such as building and tenancy disputes and has successfully represented landlords and tenants in both disrepair claims and evictions.
 
Rob is married with children and lives in Carlisle. He is a parent governor at Pennine Way Primary School and Secretary to the Pennine Way Primary School Supporters’ Association.
