Martyn, a native of Carlisle is the Head of the Trust Department at Burnetts Solicitors.

He began work with Burnetts in 1971. He progressed and qualified as a solicitor and was admitted in 1981. He was made a Partner in 1984.

As the Head of the Trust Department his specialisms include wills, inheritance tax planning and trusts.
