Sarah Dodds

Sarah Dodds joined Burnetts as a trainee solicitor in 2006 having studied law at Sheffield University. She joined the Dispute Resolution team on qualification in 2008.
During her training she specialised in litigation, working in the firm’s medical law, personal injury and employment departments.
Her current case-load in dispute resolution is varied and includes advising clients in the public and private sector, as well as individuals.
She has spent a significant amount of time with Burnetts’ education clients, acting as the temporary Freedom of Information Officer for UCLan and advising the University on student complaints and disability discrimination issues.
In the commercial sector, Sarah advises clients on recovering contentious debts as well as other contract or property disputes.
Originally from Hexham in Northumberland, Sarah now lives in Carlisle.
