With an in-depth knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Acts and an expertise in complex, technical leasing issues, Tony specialises in commercial property and estate development work (particularly leasehold flats developments). 

Before qualifying as a solicitor Tony practised as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives with a firm of solicitors in Portsmouth, Hampshire.  

Having already obtained a wealth of practical experience Tony joined Burnetts at the same time as qualifying as a solicitor.   Now a partner, his work includes:

• Sale and purchase of businesses.

• Drafting/negotiation/renewal of business leases.

• Estate development (industrial and residential).

• Acquisition/sale of multi-let investment property.
