Emma WilliamsAssistant SolicitorEmma Williams joined Burnetts as trainee solicitor in September 2006. On qualification she joined the Wills and Trusts team, advising clients on wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, inheritance tax and probate. She follows her great grandfather into law. Like Emma, he also worked in wills and probate and wrote a book called “Williams on Wills” which can still be found in Burnetts’ library. Outside of work, Emma enjoys outdoor sports: she is a member of Carlisle Mountaineering Club and has taken part in the Cumbrian Run.
