The Employment & HR team have been busy bees, planning and creating a selection of training sessions for employers. Over the next quarter, the team will tackle some of the key issues facing employers and seeks to provide answers to these questions:
- Are you fully utilising the talent of your workforce to achieve productivity?
- Are you engaging with staff at key moments or letting issues fester?
- Are you flexible and adaptive enough to ensure that work efficiency is maintained?
- Are you acting responsibly and in accordance with law?
- Are you opening your organisation to risk by failing to follow process?
We are passionate about working with the HR and business community on employment relations and look forward to sharing ideas and developments in order to bring about long–term solutions to promote business growth and ensure that workplace practices maximise the talent of the workforce whilst protecting the organisation from any legal risks.
