Burnetts advised on property lease for new London flagship
Head of Commercial Property Helen Hayward and Associate Solicitor Ben Crystal have recently advised on the property lease of a new London flagship for The Massage Company. The Massage Company is a subscription-based massage service with founders Elliot Walker and Charlie Thompson opening their first centre in Camberley in 2016. They have since gone on to open centres in Tunbridge Wells, High Wycombe and Sutton Coldfield, with Burnetts’ Commercial Property team assisting on a number of these acquisitions.
The company is now undergoing a period of expansion with their new centre in the Putney Exchange Shopping Centre in London being their latest enterprise. This centre is open 7 days per week and will house 20 highly trained therapists specialising in everything from deep tissue massages to sports and maternity massages.
