GloWeek 2023
7th November 2023
We are proud to support GloWeek again this year, run by the Child Brain Injury Trust (CBIT) to raise awareness of being seen, not hurt when the days become shorter in the winter months.
This year for GloWeek 2023, the charity is asking everyone to make a pledge in support of its campaign. It is asking us all to pledge to have a conversation – yes, it really is that simple. Have a conversation with a child or young person about the importance of road safety and being bright when out and about (especially in the dark). Why do we need to wear bright colours? Why is it important to have reflective gear when cycling?
With this in mind, we have arranged an event with two local schools, so we can have this important conversation.
