Implementing Accountancy Tax Advice
This covers a range of situations. One may be reaction to a change in government policy such as a shift in tax parameters following a Budget announcement. This can often require us to do some quick reorganisation of land ownership or business structure.
Another scenario may be working on the structure of a sale so that a family’s individual Capital Gains Tax allowances are maximised, thus minimising the net tax implications.
On one transaction, a client started with an allowance of £11,500 and we were able to restructure the ownership so they claimed allowances close to £100,000 to offset against the tax liabilities associated with the proposed sale.
