One of the last things you want as an employer if a key employee leaves your business is for them to take away and use your confidential information. You also don’t want them to take from you the customers they’ve had access to or entice away other valuable members of your workforce.
We specialise in drafting employment contract provisions that help you avoid that situation, by including reasonable restrictions on what the employee can do if and when they move on.
And if a former employee does attempt to breach such restrictions, then we will work with the lawyers in our commercial litigation team to take legal action to stop that individual damaging your business.
