Making redundancies can be an extremely difficult step to face, whatever the number. Our employment and HR team will work hard to make it easier for you, helping you manage the necessary consultations and conversations, whether with individual employees, trade unions or other staff representatives.
We can conduct those consultations or provide guidance to help you or your team hold the meetings themselves. We will also provide the legal advice you’re likely to need to make sure the process is right.
