Whilst following Government guidance is vital, understanding your staff’s concerns must be “Step One” on the long road to recovery from the effects of this pandemic on your business and on all our lives.

To assist you with Step One, we have developed a Return to Work Questionnaire. The fundamental aim of the questionnaire is to ascertain the feelings and wishes of all staff regarding their potential return to work and to identify any member of staff who may be unable to return to the workplace whether due to shielding, vulnerability, caring commitments or otherwise.
Information gathered following receipt of the questionnaire will help you prepare your business to be COVID secure by identifying and completing the necessary risk assessments, identifying and implementing key measures required in the workplace and highlighting any members of staff who require additional support during their transition back to work.
