Tracker - our Employment Law and HR Retainer
Our Tracker product helps employers plan their spending on employment law and HR advice and provides a substantial discount from our usual rates.
With Tracker, you buy a block of units from us, to be used on employment law and HR advice over a 12-month period.
The number of units you spend each time you use us depends on which member of our team does the work – for example an HR consultant uses up fewer units than one of our solicitors.
Tracker means that you are getting us at a discount of 20% off our usual hourly rates and if you use up all your units before the end of the 12 months, then you have the option of buying more units or we will give you a 10% discount off our usual rates for the rest of the 12 months.
Your units can be used on any of the services which our employment solicitors and HR consultants provide, including:
- HR support and legal advice and assistance
- Providing strategic employment law advice at senior management meetings
- Dealing with employment tribunal cases
- Preparation and provision of in-house employment law and HR training.
The only exception to this not covered by Tracker is work by the team on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, where we are providing employment law advice as part of the wider Burnetts transaction team.
