Medical Negligence & Serious Injury Legal Assistant
Burnetts is one of the biggest and most progressive law firms in the North of England and we are looking to recruit a Legal Assistant to join our Medical Negligence and Serious Injury team at our Cockermouth office.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills to support the lawyers in the department with specific legal tasks. Knowledge and experience of assisting with medical negligence, serious injury matters would be welcomed. Specific training will be provided as necessary.
The successful candidate will have a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude to enable them to work closely with a team of legal fee earners on all aspects of this work. The ability to work as part of a team is therefore essential together with excellent communication, and IT skills.
This role is part time, working either 3 to 4 days a week.
