Our interview process…

We run a two-interview process which consists of one short interview to assess your capability for the role and one longer interview to assess how you fit with our values and culture.  First interviews can be held at our office, online or over a coffee somewhere, depending on the circumstances and the role – they tend to be conducted by the manager who is hiring and often a member of our HR team. We also usually try to include a member of the team in which you’d would be working if successful at one of the two interviews, so that you can ask questions and get a better idea of what daily life is like, here at Burnetts.
