It is nearly time for our popular, yearly Employment Law Update for Cumbria CIPD…
Our Employment team is teaming up with Cumbria CIPD once again for an Employment Law Update and will take attendees through the Employment Rights Bill and the many changes we can expect. Given the unprecedented number of changes on the horizon, we are calling on our resident ‘Elle Woods’ – Anna Lovett and Annabel Doyle – to bring you up to speed.
This is set to be one of the biggest overhauls of employment rights in a generation and our team will tell you what you need to know and how to prepare. With the never-ending updates and amendments from the Government, it can be hard to keep track of when the various reforms will come into effect and what they will look like but fear not, Anna and Annabel have been keeping their ears to the ground and are here to summarise all this for you.

- Legislative developments
- The Employment Rights Bill – Progress update, the proposed reforms, what it means for employers, what should employers be doing now? When will the reforms come into force?
