Free Sexual Harassment Webinar – 22nd October 2024

Our Employment team is holding a free webinar on prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace in advance of the new legislation coming into effect on the 26th October 2024.

This webinar will discuss the wide-reaching definition of sexual harassment, the implications of this new legislation, the EHRC guidance including third-party sexual harassment, the risks to your organisation and what steps you must be considering and implementing now.

This is a very important piece of legislation and one which employers should be well aware of and be taking proactive steps to address their duty.
