Legal Advice Days with Burnetts

Starting this month, solicitors from Burnetts will be attending Barclays Eagle Lab at the Bus Station in Whitehaven one day a month to offer legal advice days to to local businesses.

Our Corporate, Employment & HR and Commercial Property teams will take turns to host the drop-in days, one day a month over six months, where they will be on hand to offer advice and guidance you may be looking for on these legal topics. Our Employment team will be there for the first day on Friday 27th May 2022, followed by our Corporate and Commercial Property teams.

Our Head of Employment & HR David Gibson and Employment & HR Senior Associate Anna Lovett will attend for the whole day on Friday 27th May 2022 to meet with businesses, and between 12 – 1pm will share their Top 10 Employment Tips for a new and emerging businesses in the Cumbrian economy. Our Corporate Partner Michael Walby will host the next day on 24th June, and his lunchtime session will be centred on business advice – business exit planning – succession or sale?
