Our Legal Director Mick Laffey supported Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Day this year by sharing his personal experience and helping to raise awareness of independence and accessibility in the community by taking part in a webinar with NR Times which you can view in full above and here.

There were some fantastic speakers in the panel discussion, including Susie Turnbull of Spinal Injuries Association , James Paul Nocker of William Martin Property Consultants Limited Siobhan Mc Sweeney of MCS Case Management, Jamie Storey of STEPS Rehabilitation Ltd and Jayne Hallford of SP Therapy Services.

Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Day is an annual event aiming to raise awareness of spinal cord injury and highlight the daily challenges faced by people with spinal cord injury. You can find out more about it here.
