A new acquisition for Lake District Hotels…

We are pleased to have advised Lake District Hotels Limited on the acquisition of the Patterdale Hotel, a landmark property set within the Lake District National Park.

The historic 60‑bedroom hotel which traces its roots back to 1626 becomes the latest addition to Lake District Hotels’ growing portfolio of Lakeland hotels and represents another significant transaction in the Leisure and Tourism sector.
