Celebrating B Corp Month

B Corp Month 2026

Every year during March, B Lab and the global B Corp community come together to celebrate everything it means to be a B Corp as part of B Corp Month – an annual, global campaign.

It takes a lot for a company to make a positive impact on the world. Countless actions. Constant effort. Real changes. And rigorous measurement. We know, because we’re committed to doing these things every day.
And while the work is complex, our focus on continuous improvement is straightforward.

Being a Certified B Corporation means making measurable social and environmental impact. It means translating our values into practice, and practice into progress. And with the new standards for B Corp certification pushing us further, earning this B is just the beginning for all the good we will do.

So, what does being a Certified B Corp mean to us?

As the world has grown faster and seemingly more anonymous, we remain independent and true to our roots and values. We’ve always been about our people – our team, our clients, our community – and our certification as a B Corp recognises that and ensures we remain true them.

Why did we want to become a Certified B Corp?

We want to use our business as a force for good: Our B Corp Certification means we have been verified as meeting B Lab’s high standards for social and environmental impact.

We want to commit to continuous improvement as we grow: To maintain our certification, we must be assessed and verified every three years and demonstrate that we continue to meet B Lab’s standards.

We want to be part of a global movement that is raising standards: The B Corporation Movement’s collective vision is of an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy and we are proud to be part of that.

How do we actually ‘walk the walk’?

Governance: Our promise to use business as a force for good is a genuine part of our structure and decision making process. It’s in everything we do.

Workers: We look after our people as they’re what set us apart as a firm. We work hard to nurture a positive workplace culture and to provide benefits which really support the wellbeing of our team.

Community: We want to give back to the communities in which we’re based. As part of this we have our own charitable fund, The Thrive Fund, the aim of which is to provide a lasting legacy of community support across the North East and North West.

Environment: We are committed to safeguarding the future of our local environment and we have set an intention to become net zero in advance of the Government’s deadline of 2050.

Customers: The trust of our clients is precious and we treat it as such. Our constant aim is to be a long term partner and helping hand for every one of our clients.
