Our Corporate, Commercial Property and Employment teams recently advised on the sale of an established Škoda franchise to one of North England’s leading automotive retailers, marking another significant transaction within our Franchising service.

Lloyd Motor Group acquired Telford Škoda, a well-established and respected family business that has served the local community for 25 years. This strategic acquisition marks Lloyd Motor Group’s first partnership with Škoda and represents a significant addition to the company’s expanding franchise portfolio.

Our teams advised on all aspects associated with the sale of the business, including property and employment matters. The deal was led by our Corporate Partner Jennifer Bell, who commented:
