Chris Morgan Joins Our Newcastle Corporate Team

We are pleased to announce the appointment of experienced Corporate Partner, Chris Morgan, as we continue to strengthen our growing presence in Newcastle and the wider North East.

Chris joins our established Corporate M&A team, bringing a wealth of experience across the full range of corporate law matters. He regularly advises businesses on acquisitions and disposals, company reorganisations, shareholder agreements and partnership arrangements.

His appointment reflects our ongoing investment in Newcastle and our commitment to supporting businesses across the region with expert corporate legal advice.

Strengthening Our Corporate Offering in Newcastle

Having acted on multi-million-pound transactions for a diverse client base, Chris has extensive experience working with owner-managed SMEs and larger companies across a range of sectors, including professional services, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, leisure and tourism.

Over the past decade, he has built a strong reputation as a trusted adviser to businesses, helping them navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic objectives. Alongside his legal practice, Chris has also lectured in commercial law at Northumbria University.

Chris is joined at Burnetts by Paralegal Pamela Thompson, with whom he has worked for several years. Together, they will play an important role in supporting the continued growth of our Corporate team in Newcastle.
