Employee Wellbeing Roundtable Events
We are excited to announce a series of mental wellbeing executive roundtable discussions in association with Aurora Wellness and Cumbria CIPD. There will be four fantastic roundtable events running monthly between January and April designed exclusively for senior HR professionals and those in leadership positions
Mental health issues can affect one in four us at some point in our lives and this can have a huge impact on our employee wellbeing as well as our ability to cope in the workplace. For organisations, poor employee wellbeing can lead to loss of productivity and possible long-term absence from work.
Employee wellbeing is now more important than ever. Data from the National Office for Statistics shows that during the COVID-19 pandemic, mental health worsened across all age groups and research conducted by our co-host CIPD, confirms that COVID-19 has forced employee wellbeing more urgently into focus for many organisations.
This roundtable series will give you a hands-on approach to creating healthy and psychologically safe work environments for your employees, as well as empowering those in leadership positions to identify and signpost employees showing signs of mental ill health.
