Our Commercial Property work for Prestige Group

Rebecca Dawson from our Commercial Property team advised Prestige Group on the funding and development of their new care home at Yew Tree Grange.

The new care home provides facilities for 25 residents. It is the seventh care home that Prestige Group own and run. The property is a bespoke new build two storey development designed with the needs of elderly residents in mind.

The development establishes the continued growth of Prestige Group within the care home market.
