We’re recruiting new paralegals to join our nationally recognised Agri and Estates team, offering an exciting opportunity to begin a career in agricultural and private client law.

Based at our Carlisle office, these roles provide the chance to work with one of the UK’s largest dedicated Agri and Estates teams, supporting farming families, landowners, agricultural businesses and those within rural communities across the North of England and beyond.

Encouraging applications from Cumbria’s rural communities

We’re particularly keen to encourage applications from young people with a farming background and those who have grown up in a rural community. We recognise that first-hand experience of agriculture and rural life provides a valuable foundation for understanding our clients and the issues that matter most to them.
