We’re welcoming applications for our Banking Solicitor Training Programme…
We’re very pleased to announce that applications for our Banking Solicitor Training Programme in Newcastle are now open.
This very nicely coincides with our first ever recruit via the programme – Alex Goldthorpe – qualifying as a Solicitor. Alex, a Northumbria University graduate and Paralegal originally from North Yorkshire, joined us in 2022 as our inaugural Banking Solicitor Training Programme recruit.
Alex completed an initial 12 month contract working as a Paralegal within our Banking and Property Finance team. Due to his success during this period and in line with the programme, Alex was offered a training contract with the firm, continuing to train within our Banking team as well as spending a period of time with our Dispute Resolution team to gain contentious experience. Alex has now successfully completed his training to become a fully qualified Solicitor and remains a valued member of our Banking and Property Finance team. Alex is a fantastic first example of the potential of our Banking Solicitor Training Programme and the career opportunities it offers and we’d like to congratulate him on his success.
