We’ve ranked 23rd in the Top 100 UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2025

We’re very proud to have officially been ranked 23rd in the Top 100 UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2025 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. The Best Workplaces Awards were held last week at London’s Grosvenor House and hosted by Comedian Richard Ayoade.

Great Place To Work® performed rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses alongside Culture Audit™ submissions from leaders at each company to create the 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces™ list. They then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.

This is the first time that we’ve ever made it into the Top 100 and is the result of four years of hard work from our Head of People Claire Harrison and her team. Claire said:
