Employment Law Legislation Update - November 2015

Partner Natalie Ruane provides an insight in the latest employment law legislation.

Last month (October 2015), the Chancellor announced that he will extend shared parental leave and pay to working grandparents.

The government will need to bring forward legislation to do this but has said that it intends to do so by the end of next year, with the aim of implementing the policy by 2018. Watch out for consultation on the plans early in 2016.
