Husband and wife, Ross and Elaine Pattinson are tenant farms who recently won Tenant Farmer of the Year at the Cumbria Farmer Awards. They started out by establishing a pedigree top side British blue herd, then set up a commercial dairy herd, bought a second hand parlour and diversified by setting up Temon Farm Milk Barn which offers a milk vending machine. As well as this all this, they travel all over Cumbria and beyond with their mobile ice cream treat box, selling their own homemade ice cream.
