Ben is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team, based in Carlisle.
Ben advises companies, landlords and tenants and has a developing specialism in commercial leases. He has experience of dealing with a wide range of residential and commercial property matters, including the set-up of large residential developments acting for regional house builders and on the sale of new build homes.
Ben grew up in Carlisle and attended Morton School and Trinity School before graduating from Northumbria University. He joined Burnetts in 2018 from Bell Park Kerridge Solicitors, where he qualified as a solicitor in 2016.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys fell-walking in the Lake District and playing five-a-side football. He also plays the guitar and has performed at open mic nights.
