Paralegal
Bradley is a Paralegal in the Medical Negligence and Serious Injury team, based in Cockermouth.
Bradley works on cases such as: stillbirths, serious injuries as a result of medical negligence or misdiagnosis, and psychiatric injuries resulting from medical negligence.
In his day to day role, Bradley helps the Medical Negligence and Serious Injury team by drafting court documents, organising conferences/meetings and putting together bundles to be used at the conferences. Bradley also meets with his clients and gathers witness statements, and liaises closely with medical experts such as; surgeons, neurologists, neurosurgeons and psychiatrists.
Medical Negligence and Serious Injury is an extremely personal department to work within and sensitive area for the client to discuss. Bradley loves being able to support and help his clients and considers it the most rewarding part of his role.
Bradley graduated from Lancaster University with a Law degree, while studying he was a member of the Law and Hiking Society.
Born and raised in Carlisle, Bradley’s main hobby is travelling the world, his aim is to visit as many countries as he can! So far, he has travelled around many parts of Asia and the Middle East, including Hong Kong, Macau, Bangkok, Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, and the UAE. Outside of work, Bradley also enjoys swimming, cycling and hiking in the Lake District.
