Carol is a Costs Administrator working within Burnetts’ Medical Negligence and Serious Injury team.
Costs Administrator Carol Routledge is responsible for ensuring that costs are effectively managed within the team – she is particularly experienced in the cost management of Legal Aid cases.
Carol has more than 30 years’ experience in the legal sector, working within the magistrates’ courts, in legal practices and as a Law Costs Draftsperson in a specialist legal costs recovery firm.
The majority of Carol’s career has been spent with Burnetts. She was a Paralegal in the Medical Negligence and Serious Injury team for over a decade until 2002 and re-joined the firm in 2006 into her current role.
Carol lives in Carlisle and outside of work enjoys walking and gardening.
