Caroline is a Legal Director in the Corporate, Banking and Property Finance team, based in Newcastle.
She has previously spent time working for national law firms in Leeds and Newcastle as a corporate lawyer focusing on corporate matters for private companies and plcs including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate constitutional documents, shareholders agreements and partnership deeds.
She subsequently moved to work for a national firm providing specialist corporate advice for the firm's Healthcare clients including GP practices, Primary Care Networks and GP Federations. She also worked with dentists in relation to the acquisition and disposal of practices.
She has experience in advising both healthcare organisations on governance issues, partnership and shareholders agreements, NHS primary care contracts, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
