Chris Morgan

Chris is a Partner in our Corporate team and is based at our Citygate office in Newcastle.

He has a wealth of experience in all types of corporate law matters including share and assets purchases and sales, company restructures, share buybacks, issue and re-organisation of shares, shareholder agreements, amendments to articles of association and the purchase of intellectual property.

Chris has acted on multi-million-pound transactions for a wide range of clients including owner-managed businesses and companies with complex ownership structures, in a variety of matters and sectors including the sale and purchase of accountancy practices, solicitor practices, dental practices, pharmacies, hotels, manufacturing businesses, care homes, healthcare businesses and mining businesses.

He’s been a trusted advisor to many of his clients for over 10 years.

Chris has lectured at Northumbria University on commercial law matters and has published articles in several legal journals.
