Jennifer is a Partner in our Corporate team.

Jennifer is an experienced corporate lawyer who brings commercial expertise to private companies, owner managed businesses and management teams across a range of sectors. She has extensive experience in all areas of corporate finance work including acquisitions and disposals, management buy-ins and buy-outs, restructuring, joint ventures and general corporate matters.

Jennifer is also a very pragmatic commercial contracts lawyer with considerable experience advising clients across a range of sectors in relation to the supply of goods and services, outsourcing, IT contracts, distribution and franchising agreements.
