Legal Director
Laura is a Legal Director in our Medical Negligence and Serious Injury team, based in Newcastle.
Laura has specialised in medical negligence cases since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2011. Prior to this she worked as a paralegal in a medical negligence team where she discovered her passion for medical negligence work and helping clients in this area.
She joined us in March 2024 after four years with a small local firm as a director and before this, 16 years with Thompsons.
Laura has invaluable experience in dealing with a variety of complex clinical negligence claims. She has a special interest dealing with fatal claims with large dependency claims for dependents and family members. Laura also has experience preparing for and attending inquests.
She is passionate about supporting her clients throughout the legal process and achieving the best outcome for them.
Laura studied law at Northumbria University.
