At Burnetts, Megan is the first point of contact for people looking for advice on serious injuries. She also supports the medical negligence and serious injury team with collating court documents, dealing with medical professionals and gathering witness statements.

Megan graduated from the University of Cumbria in 2017 with first-class honours degree in Law where she played an active role in the student community: she was the Student Union’s student representative for three years; Vice-President of the Student Law Society and a leading member of the mooting society. She also received the Access to the Bar Michael Sherrad Award within Middle Temple, which is only available to 8 law students per year in the UK.

Growing up, she spent time living in Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Wales, before moving back to Carlisle to study at Trinity School. Megan has her own horse, Twiglet, and regularly exhibits and competes with dressage. Megan is also a keen walker in the Lake District and loves music: she plays the guitar and regularly attends festivals with her friends.
