Megan Richardson is a property solicitor who works in both the Agribusiness and Commercial Property teams.
Megan Richardson joined Burnetts in September 2016. She is an Associate property solicitor who works in both Burnetts’ Agribusiness and Commercial Property teams.
Having graduated with a first-class law degree from Northumbria University, Megan joined Swinburne Maddison LLP in Durham where she completed her solicitor training in 2014. Post-qualification, she remained with Swinburne Maddison as a solicitor in their commercial property and agricultural team.
From a rural Cumbrian background herself, Megan spends the majority of her time in Burnetts’ Agribusiness team, advising on Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies, Farm Business Tenancies and farm sales and purchases.
Within the commercial property team, she provides support on commercial property sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters and the property aspects of corporate deals.
Megan lives on the outskirts of Carlisle. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, running, walking and countryside pursuits.
