Paul has over 20 years’ experience specialising in corporate M&A, including advising individuals and businesses on business and company acquisitions and disposals, general company and commercial work, corporate finance, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, succession planning, partnerships and LLPs, contracts, charities, and company structures and formation.
Paul has a particular interest in resolving director/shareholder disputes, looking to negotiate a settlement of such disputes to avoid litigation.
