Rachel is a Senior Associate in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team, based in Cockermouth.
Having graduated with a first class law degree from Sheffield Hallam University, Rachel joined a Whitehaven firm where she completed her training contract. Post-qualification, Rachel remained with the same firm until joining Burnetts in 2022.
Rachel specialises in Wills, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with agricultural estates. Rachel prides herself on being easy to talk to and compassionate.
Outside of work Rachel is happiest spending time with her husband and daughter.
