Rob Mason is a Chartered Legal Executive in the firm's Commercial Property team.
Rob studied law at Northumberland College of Arts & Technology before joining Dickinson Miller & Turnbull (now Bond Dickinson) as a trainee legal executive. He qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1982 and has over 40 years’ experience in legal practice.
Rob has advised public and private sector clients on commercial property issues including:
- the sale, purchase and financing of numerous multi-million pound recycling plants;
- the acquisition of large expanses of land for housing associations; and
- the leasing, planning and licensing advice relating to several restaurants in Tyneside.
Based at Burnetts’ Penrith office, Rob’s role includes advising on commercial leases; handling property and business acquisitions and providing representation for lenders.
In his spare time Rob enjoys riding his bike and taking his springer spaniels and labradors for long walks around the Lake District.
