Samantha Cawley

Samantha is a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team, based in Carlisle.
Samantha joined Burnetts in August 2019. Prior to joining Burnetts Samantha worked for NHS Legal Services, dealing with HM Coroner Inquests, Police matters and Family Court proceedings.
In her day-to-day role, Samantha deals with a variety of different tasks for the Commercial Property Solicitors, including Land Registry enquiries and applications, completing Stamp Duty Land Tax forms and drafting documents. She is focused on ensuring client's transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Carlisle born, Samantha attended Caldew School and then Trinity sixth form centre and has previously lived in both Chester and Newcastle. She studied Law at the University of Chester, graduating in 2013.
Outside of work, Samantha has a keen interest in fitness and nutrition, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
